This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of AITeleMate at https://aitelemate.com can request deletion of their personal data, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may process categories such as:

- Email address and phone number
- Account, subscription, and billing-related data
- Call-related metadata and communications needed to provide the service
- Support messages and limited usage or security logs
How to request data deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data by:
- Emailing info@aitelemate.com from the address associated with your account, where possible
- Using in-product account or workspace settings to remove your profile or organization data, where available
Account deletion
If your plan includes self-service account controls, you may delete or deactivate your account from the relevant settings area. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data where no longer needed for the service, except where retention is required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or contract enforcement.
Data retention
We may retain certain records for a limited period to meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or security obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Retention periods align with the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge data deletion requests promptly and to complete verified requests within 7–30 days, subject to complexity, identity verification, and legal retention requirements.
Third-party sign-in
If you authenticated through a third-party provider, you may also need to review that provider's privacy or connected-apps settings to revoke access or delete data they hold independently of AiteleMate.
