Service description

AiTeleMate provides a SaaS-based AI calling agent platform for inbound and outbound business communication workflows, which may include automation, lead engagement, customer support assistance, reminders, and related communication features. Razorpay describes SaaS businesses as commonly needing recurring billing, multiple payment modes, and automated subscription handling, which this service model may use where applicable.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate information while registering and must keep account credentials secure. Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts and must promptly notify AiTeleMate of unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

Acceptable use

Users shall not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, spam, privacy-violating, or infringing activities. SaaS terms commonly include restrictions against misuse of software, unlawful conduct, and actions that impair the service or violate third-party rights.

Compliance responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI calling workflows, scripts, contact lists, and communication activities complies with applicable laws, sector rules, telecom norms, privacy requirements, and consent obligations. AiTeleMate may suspend or restrict access where misuse, legal risk, or platform abuse is detected.

Fees and payments

Certain services may be offered on a paid subscription or usage basis, and all applicable fees, taxes, and billing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase or in the commercial agreement. Razorpay supports recurring billing, flexible billing models, and multiple payment modes for SaaS businesses, which may be used for AiTeleMate subscriptions.

Subscription renewals

If the user enrolls in a recurring plan, the subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Razorpay's SaaS payment stack supports automated recurring payments and subscription billing workflows.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the website, software, trademarks, brand assets, logos, content, platform workflows, and related intellectual property remain with AiTeleMate or its licensors. SaaS terms commonly use an intellectual property clause to clarify that users receive only a limited right to use the software and do not acquire ownership of the product or branding.

Suspension and termination

AiTeleMate may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, security concerns, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the platform. SaaS agreements commonly reserve suspension and termination rights where a customer violates law, acceptable-use standards, or intellectual-property protections.

Disclaimer

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to maintenance, network dependency, third-party service availability, and technical limitations. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain uptime and performance, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiTeleMate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the services. Liability limitations are standard in SaaS agreements and should be read together with any non-excludable statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by the business entity's registered office or applicable contract terms. Indian privacy and payment compliance obligations remain applicable where the services are offered to users in India.
